REALTORS® set themselves apart from other real estate practitioners by voluntarily adhering to a strict Code of Ethics. Even with the best of intentions, occasional disagreements arise between REALTORS® and/or between REALTORS® and their clients.
How to File an Ethics Complaint
- Review the Code of Ethics.
- Complete the Ethics Complaint Form. Explain why you believe an Article(s) was violated. Any ethics complaint must cite an Article since that is the standard by which REALTORS®' conduct is judged.
- For arbitration/mediation, complete and submit Request and Agreement to Arbitrate (non-member) and Agreement to Arbitrate (member), or Agreement to Mediate.
